- Facilitating Consular Services
One of the biggest challenges for managers of economic units in Asia is the inability to travel to other countries for negotiations, attracting investors, and finding new ideas. The Seta group and its legal unit, in collaboration with Seta offices in various countries, can issue invitation letters for economic activists and prominent business managers, provide legal and work support during their trip, and handle all ceremonial and accommodation arrangements for them.
Considering Seta's extensive connections in fifteen countries and its relationships with their ambassadors in Asia, the company is fully capable of facilitating consular matters, visa acquisition, and providing the necessary support to Asian traders.
The services provided by "Consular Service Centers" include, but are not limited to: appointment management, fee collection, document delivery, and biometric data collection. Subject to reciprocity, or otherwise determined to protect the interests of the United States, the ministry reserves the right to impose conditions or restrictions on the manner in which certain foreign missions are allowed to use private entities for application services in the United States.
Seta is committed to providing effective and efficient consular services to Asians in many parts of the world, characterized by sensitivity, empathy, courtesy, timeliness, accuracy, and fairness.
General Service Standard: Access to Consular Services
Committed to maintaining a global consular infrastructure to provide consular services and access to Asians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Seta provides consular services in two official languages in over 260 service points across 15 countries from various offices, including embassies, high commissions, consulates, and consular agencies. Asians can contact our offices abroad during working hours in person, by phone, or via email. Office hours are posted on the official websites of embassies and consulates, as well as in Asian offices abroad.
Seta considers all consular clients important and aims to provide consular services in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. Each consular case has unique facts and circumstances, requiring an appropriate approach to intervention. The level and duration of our engagement vary depending on the type and complexity of the consular case. Even in situations that appear similar, different outcomes may result. When you request consular services abroad, consular officers will assess your situation and inform you how and when they can assist or if another organization might be better suited to help. In emergencies, every effort will be made to provide assistance. However, there are limitations to the assistance that consular officers can provide.
